SHIPPING

All items in the shop are shipped First Class via USPS. A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has shipped. All shipping time estimates are provided by USPS and are subject to delays depending upon factors out of USPS control. Once the order is dropped at the Post Office, it is out of my hands. However, if you have any shipping issues please contact me and I will do my best to help.

I am not responsible for misdelivered or returned packages. If your order is marked as delivered but you do not have it, you will need to contact your local Post Office. If your order is returned to me, you are responsible for any additional shipping fees that may occur.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Due to the made to order nature of my products, I do not accept returns or exchanges. However, if you have any problems with your order, please reach out to me!

PRINT CARE

I recommend leaving unframed prints in their cellophane packaging until they are being framed to protect them from spills, dust, etc.
